About John

John DiGiovanni, the former Branch Manager of the award-winning Coldwell Banker Realty office in Plano, formed Team DiGi as a result of his passion for creating positive and enjoyable experiences for both homebuyers and sellers. John and his teammates, Dione Beilgard and Teresa Greenleaf, strive to build lifelong relationships long after a home is either bought or sold. Most of their overall business comes in the form of referrals or past clients. Their customers return because they place the highest importance on providing outstanding marketing and professional advice. The team genuinely cares about helping people navigate through one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions in their lives.

As agents with Coldwell Banker Realty, John and Dione have teamed up to provide their clients with innovative solutions. In the process, they are perfecting the craft. Their buyers benefit from the team’s unrivaled market knowledge and exceptional negotiating skills and typically save thousands of dollars on their home purchase. John earned his real estate license in 2002. Prior to that, he worked in technology sales and outsourcing.

Dione earned her license and began her real estate adventure in 2006. “I jumped into the business and have never looked back,” she said.

John and Dione both worked for a Coldwell Banker office in Plano several years ago. In time, John became manager, then went on to work in the Frisco office, making the decision to get back into day-to-day sales. The two got to know each other and made the decision to team up three years ago. Today, John also serves as a real estate coach, working with agents across the nation and in Canada.

Their partnership has produced impressive results for them and their clients. Together, John and Dione average around $15 million in sales volume each year, representing 30 to 40 transactions. In 2021, they recorded $18 million in sales volume.
